Description

The DS200TCTGG1A GE Simplex Trip Board is populated with 21 plug-in relays, 3 50-pin connectors and 2 12-pin connectors. Each of the connectors has a unique ID assigned to allow the operator to attach the connections during the installation process. Assigned to the 50-pin connectors are JLY, JLX and JLZ and assigned to the 12-pin connectors are JN and JM. Special consideration should be given to the 21 relays that populate the board are fragile. The relays are electromechanical in design and they may be easily damaged. The board can also be damaged by static buildup, therefore it is very important when receiving the box that the user take out the product to inspect for any damages. The box is sealed with a security tape that if broken, indicates that the box was tampered with in transit. It is recommended that this board is only handled by qualified users in order to prevent any safety errors from occurring resulting in a loss of productivity.
